Digital twin FAQ
Do I need crypto to buy?
No. You pay with a normal card (or Shop Pay), and we ship the real product to your address — same as any online store.
What is the digital twin?
On eligible items, you can get a free digital keepsake of what you bought — a receipt that lives with your account. It is optional. It is not how you pay for the shirt or skateboard.
How do I get it?
At checkout, look for the Principal ID box. Paste the ID from Canopy (free). Leave the box blank if you only want the physical item.
Where do I find my keepsake later?
After the order ships, open Bonsai Market with the same account. If it is missing, contact support with your order number — do not pay again.
