How it ships

Most apparel and skate decks fulfill through Drop-Shipping-Beast partners after payment clears (and after any short treasury / RWA hold releases). You get Shopify tracking when the fulfillment is created.

Heirloom Wild (POD)

Candace Marquette / Heirloom Wild pieces may print and ship via Contrado on a separate timeline from apparel. Those lines can arrive in a second package — that is expected, not a missing order.

Digital twin timing

The optional RWA keepsake (when the SKU is certified and you pasted a Canopy Principal ID) is processed after paid — it does not delay the physical ship by itself. See the digital twin FAQ.

Questions

Include your Shopify order number (and Principal if relevant) when you write support. Do not place a second order for a missing twin.
